I cannot eat legumes, oats or some grains. Is there a way to substitute these or are they absolutely necessary to the diet.

Is it possible to have a phone conversation? I have several foods I must avoid yet my Dr recommends your diet. I looked at a book store for this diet and found most of the recipes I could not eat.

I am having difficulty in making two meals a day for my trial week – reasons being not enough time and my lack of energy. So what I did yesterday was to take the first receipe “Fajita with Tofu & rice” made for two persons divided it in half – one for lunch and other half for dinner. What think you?
